Actions Speak Louder promotes local activist groups around the UK. Groups included on Actions Speak Louder are affiliated to national organisations that campaign for socially progressive political change. Anyone can be a part of a national political campaign by joining a local group. Actions Speak Louder gives users the ability to see what groups are in their local area and decide which group best represents their interests and concerns.
Actions Speak Louder aims to amplify the voice of progressive campaigners by raising awareness of the existence, and increase the membership, of local groups. Actions Speak Louder is delighted to be sponsored by the Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust.
Actions Speak Louder is not available to all local groups. Groups must be recognised by a national organisation. That organisation must be campaigning for political change either nationally or internationally. Its aims and objectives must be deemed to be socially progressive. Groups that discriminate against a sector of society will not be listed on Actions Speak Louder. We retain the right to refuse groups the opportunity to be posted on the site. Unfortunately Actions Speak Louder is not available to registered political parties.
